I don't know why paying a bill seemed so tedious with the VA. Figuring out the account number was the complicated part. There is a phone number for help. It’s not impossible just seemed really complicated to figure out the first time. I took notes and now have that part figured out. It seems to me the communication about what and when it is due isn’t really clear. I just know if I order medicine, a bill will be produced and to periodically, a couple times a week check the status of both the bill and the shipment of the medications. One medicine they ship comes in a freezer type package so keeping an eye out of it on the patio is really important.
